Hotel was extremely clean and welcoming. Perfect place to stay for hospital visits because you are escorted from the lobby over to Sanford to wherever you need to go. Definitely staying again when needed and the room rates are reasonable.

Valley Inn
Was sufficient for sleeping when you’re visiting someone in the ICU as the hospital is across the street. However, the buildings were old and dark. Carpets stained and every floor, hall, room had a different, very strong, smell. Cleaner, air freshener, alcohol? Sheets and bed were acceptable

Our hotel bathroom toilet wouldnt flush correctly. They had maintenance come and take a look at it and they said nothing was wrong with it, and yet, we had to fill the icebucket with water from the sink and then pour it into the toilet just to be able to flush it. My Dad said his heater didn’t work. He was freezing for 3 nights. It might be good to check that out. How miserable.
