Room was nice and clean. Rooftop pool is the highlight especially at night! Staff is lacodasic, breakfast was decent enough. It is on a very steep hill beware of that if you plan on doing local exploring

The hotel is ok. It’s clean, the breakfast was good and nothing went wrong. Definitely did not meet my expectations tho. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star. Our room was very small and poorly designed.
It’s like a Mexico resort. A little tacky and fine but nothing memorableS

Staff amazing!couldnt do enough for you. Room let us down and had to move. Cleaning wasnt good. Sand in bed and possible bed bugs. The money we spent wasnt worth it. I wouldn't reurn..over priced

We had a fantastic stay at the resort nicely laid out with excellent staff and service. Breakfast could have been better with more choice of food. Restaurants were excellent with great food, bar at the side of reception had great choice of drinks. Regarding the room the bathroom was tired with missing ...

Very good staff, clean room, pools were designed for wading not swimming but they did have one for swimming in the back of the resort . Family oriented resort. Mosquitoes were a slight problem, so bring your insect spray.
