“Mr. Flores, our gracious host greeted us on arrival and for us comfy in our room with orientation of hotel and area. Lots of upgrades since our last visit, with big, private bathroom, comfy bed, A/C, small fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and small deck looking out to Caribbean Sea. Close to all Dangriga services. “Delightful staff. Checkin was immediate and efficient. They held our bags until our room was ready and put the bags in the room for us. The rooms we had were clean, large and spacious. Kitchen included the basics along with an endless (just call) supply of ground coffee. Very nice pool and hot tub on the beach. Complimentary kayaks and morning yoga three times a week. Very nice Embers restaurant right next door where our included breakfast was served by a delightful staff ”

There were half a dozen palapas spread out on the beach in front of the rental units and the HUGE pool that has a swim-up bar. “I booked thru this site on November 15th for Barana hotel and when I got there I was told that I was the 3rd person that day that showed up with our reservation and there was no reservation booked with the hotel. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. ”
