The food at the resort restaurant (The Paddle House) was good, but overpriced in my opinion. That said, everything else about the resort was excellent - staff were first-rate, my particular room (Sandia) was incredible, the resort spaces (including the beach itself) were impeccable, the snorkelling trip the resort organized was great, and I even saw a manatee one morning out on the ocean on my own while using one of the complementary kayaks the resort had available. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had booked a deluxe room with plunge pool for our 5 day stay, however upon arrival, our plunge pool seemed to have a leak and could not be fixed during our stay. Needless to say, we were disappointed that we had to pay for something we couldn’t use. The hotel and amenities were great. One comment is the rooms could use a place to put bags/clothes away such as a dresser and a luggage rack would have been nice. The resort was very clean and it was so nice to have the main dock right there to watch sunrises/sunsets and to swim off.

My husband and I stayed here and really enjoyed our vacation. The room was wonderful and very close to the sea, with an incredible view of the water right from the bed. We loved the sun loungers on the patio where you can relax throughout the day and take occasional swims in the sea. The staff were friendly and supportive, and we appreciated being able to communicate through WhatsApp. The restaurant was tasty, though a bit expensive. It would be nice to have more grilled options and fresh vegetables on the menu. Thank you very much for a great stay!

We stayed 3 nights at the resort and liked the location. It was off season so it was very empty. The food was overpriced and not so good. We had better food off site. The no see mosquitoes were horrendous and we wished the property would tend to that problem better.

What a wonderful little resort. This is perfect for couples or even families that aren’t looking for a wild party. The drinks are incredible, food is great, and the pools and amenities are flawless. Will definitely be back.

This resort was amazing! All of the staff was so welcoming especially Captain Larry, Alex, Mark, Big Sexxxy and all the others whos names I can't remember even though they all knew my name and would greet me everytime I saw them. The Snorkeling and Bioluminescent tours were outstanding. The room and food was top notch. My only concern was the leaves constantly falling in the outdoor shower and private plunge pool, but there's not much the resort could do to fix that. Amazing vacation and I'll be back for sure!

Gorgeous, newly open resort. Excellent quick and short boat ride to town, almost always waiting for passengers. Only problem--most staff were so newly trained that they used memorized lines instead of their brains.

This property is actually part of Jaguar Reef (a total of 3 resorts) with 2 pools, multiple bars, food options and the amazing dock bar. We had such a fantastic time here. It was relaxing, but also there are plenty of activity options to book if you want to fill your day. Our room was top notch and felt luxurious. We can't say enough nice things about the staff. They took great care of us, learned out names, and made us feel at home. The staff and the people of Belize in general, are such beautiful, kind, human beings. We are already talking about going back!

This place is awesome. Everything from location, cleanliness, staff, ambience is great! Views from the beach are remarkable. Hopkins town is bike ride away. All the staff is very friendly and cooperative - want to call out Alicia from front desk who went above and beyond to help us plan a trip to Angel Falls ziplining and Mayan Sky ATV.
