"The property is idyllic and staff very accommodating .Had trouble with dvd in player in room and dvd selection very out dated and scratched up . suggest tv reception and wifi in rooms . Unfortunately i was amongst several guests who fell ill from food poisoning ( tuna ) and the resort didn’t really take ownership of that . This spoilt how I view the place ."

"Rooms were fine. Fridge cold. Wifi worked well. Bed comfortable. Free breakfast not very good. Last morning there was not even coffee or hot water but 5 staff working away noisily. No potential for early check in and wasnt allowed to stay in room 1 hour extra. Excuse was busy and full but clearly there were almost no guest at this large hotel during my stay. No consideration given to request for room away from pool restaurant and band. "

"No complaints about the room and resort but definitely an issue with service and staff. Had dinner there a couple of times and we had to wait around for a while to get served. We had to go find someone to help take our orders. "

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly, particularly, Susey, Heleina & Sarafina who went the extra mile. We did have one sleepless night when the room smoke alarm gave several false alarms but this was fixed . All in all we had a great stay"

"Breakfast was lovely a great selection daily with variations. Great staff thoughtful and obliging. Rooms are very clean along with general cleanliness in the hotel itself. Great location very close to the main hub also taxis etc"

"Very close to the market and the bus terminal. Within walking distance. Very close and also within walking distance to the local supermarket and across the road from the hotel is an ice cream shop. Place is well maintained but different from my past stays they now charge 11 tala (about USD4) for breakfast. I would definitely choose to stay here when I’m next in Apia."

"Loved our stay at Sinalei Resort. Staff were very lovely and helpful, were able to help us book a rental care right from their resort and had plenty of great recommendations. Rooms were always very clean, air conditioning worked well. Restaurant, food and drink options were great. We were very happy with the breakfast options provided including the daily local fruits. Beautiful location with snorkeling right out the front - we saw turtles in the water every time we swum. Couldn't recommend Sinalei more"
