Several issues. From the elevator not working and the lughts going out in it, to no staff in the restaurant, to a room that was 34° and the thermostat didn’t work, to a bedside light that couldn’t be turned off, to a sink that moved, to a breakfast staff member coughing a lot around the food.

Rezervasyon sırasında seçtiğim oda ile konaklama sırasında bana verilen oda aynı değildi. Ödediğim ücrete karşılık olarak beklediğim standartlarda bir oda tahsis edilmedi. Ayrıca yatak oldukça rahatsızdı ve sürekli ses çıkarıyordu, bu durum konforlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşamamı engelledi.
