"Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were not cleaned during the day. We had booked a room for 3 people so a spare bed was added to the room. No extra pillow are toweös though. Bedlinen had holes. Breakfast was very basic. Many tables were not clean and staff were nowhere to be seen. Staff at the reception were very friendly. "

"This was the nicest place to stay, we hade the quadruple room on the ground floor and it was perfect for us. The bed was great as it was adjustable. We had arrived early after an overnight ferry and the host was happy to give us access well before the check in time , which meant we could have an unexpected trip to Brussels (which he helped us with, giving us advice on the local trains etc).. "My family booked a premium room at a wellness spa. This is not what we experienced. Access to the room was via a narrow staircase into the loft. No hand rails. Narrow steps. Basic health and safety issue. The room felt like a half converted loft. Curtains simply hid what was basically an area of junk. The bunk bed for the kids has a large spike just above it. If a child where to sit up quickly i they would put a hole in their head. The one loft window in the room is low down and...
