“Colonial Inn is a hidden gem. It’s about a minute off of the highway, so it’s very easy access. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I love how quiet it was. Bonus points for being very affordable. Will definitely stay again.”
“Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was great for our trip. Very noisy around midnight to 1am with racing cars or something in the area. Hall/room carpets looked a bit worn/ aged. Room was good size. Beds and bathroom were fine. ”

The engineer then spent another 30 minutes trying—and failing—to fix it. That’s a full hour of our travel time wasted because of the hotel’s lack of maintenance.
Despite all this, the front desk still didn’t offer a single word of apology. Instead, they claimed the new room was an “upgrade,” even though it was on the second floor with a terrible view. Frankly, that felt like a weak excuse rather than any form of customer service.
This experience was unacceptable. I will absolutely not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Poor service, poor communication, and no accountability"
"This hotel is said to clean the room only once a week. So the floor of the room is a bit messy. Maybe because it's next to the hospital, there seem to be a lot of long-term guests, and overall, I don't recommend choosing this hotel for a family trip."
