"Everyone at this hotel was amazing. My brother fell in the bathroom and broke the toilet and the room started flooding. They immediately changed our room and started cleaning the mess. I was asking what the charge would be to replace the toilet. They said there is no charge for that. They were truly concerned for my brother’s safety. A terrible thing to happen on our first night there but everyone went above and beyond."

Didnt have balcony access as they had screwed plates into the door. A little disappointed about that. Bed was spring matress abd caused back issues but was clean. "
