"The hotel staff are very pleasant and the beach club staff are exceptional. I paid extra for the option of having a beach club (5 min walk down from the hotel) so be able to relax after site-seeing. The spa is ok - sauna is a bit funky smelling and could do with renovation. Also, though there are signs asking for guests to be quiet, the hotel does nothing to stop loud groups taking selfies in the area - NOT relaxing at all. This is pricey, but there are so many great food options in close distance (try Kebab Ji) so no need to eat in hotel restaurant or have their 25 Euro breakfast when there's a fabulous coffee shop at the end of the road. There is also a SPAR grocery store to buy bottled water. The negative feed back is there is no sea view - the hotel is not sea front. You look into apartments and only if you strain your head to the left - you might get a glimpse so don't pay extra for something that doesn't exist. The driver employed by the hotel for airport and excursions is great! Just be sure to book a day in advance as the few spaces get filled up quickly (note: there is no ride back from sites so you would have to Uber or public transport your way back) "

"We stayed at this hotel for my husband's birthday and we had a wonderful time. We arrived earlier than we thought but as our room was ready, we were allowed to check in early! The rooms were so beautiful, clean and comfortable and the location was very convenient for access to the ferry for Valetta as well as local shops and restaurants. I would love to stay here again! "

"Great hotel! I stayed with my teenage daughter in an upgraded room with a sea view. It was spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Malta is lovely. We went on a super boat trip to Gozo and Comino islands - although someone got stung by a jelly fish whilst swimming - and hired a car for a day. I would recommend both! The hotel was really busy but there were always enough tables at breakfast. For any fitness fans though there were only dumbbells of 2kg, 3.5kg, 4kg and then 8kg at lower weights (more heavier ones) and the gym is basic but enough to keep you fit. The pool area is lovely. There was only a male beautician at the spa so you might want to double check on that before booking a treatment if you might prefer a male beautician. (We were not told at the time of booking). "

"We had a lovely stay at the Londoner hotel. The location is perfect for getting around Malta with easy access to buses and water transport. Lots of dining options around and lovely bars. Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean and the sea view was gorgeous looking over to Valletta. We would highly recommend this hotel and would visit again. "
