I arrived early and was able to get in by 2pm. Room 7 was a very good size, very clean and the air conditioning worked well (doesn't run if you're not in the room) Breakfast was good. Eggs and bacon cooked to order with fruit, cereal and toast also available. Great location; one block up from the waterfront and quick walk from the 'Torri' bus stop.

This hotel is an absolute find! The price is fantastic for the quality of the room and the location of the hotel itself. You are just a short walk from the promenade of Sliema, with lots of lovely bars and restaurants to choose from, whilst also only being 15minutes in the other direction from the ferry crossing to Valetta. We stayed in the Rose room, which was huge! For a city break hotel, the amount of space in both the bedroom area and bathroom was wonderful, as was the lovely addition of a private patio area we had access to, which was lovely for a morning coffee in the warm weather. There are a few bits that maybe need attention to ensure the word "boutique" is maintained, ie some loose skirting boards that could do with a bit of tlc, but the room itself was spotless, the entry hall smelled lovely as soon as you walked in and was highly stylish and modern. We had a wonderful stay and would genuinely recommend this gorgeous hotel to others visiting the area.

First impressions of the hotel was a damp smell (I can only describe it as a perfumed damp smell) around the whole building, this got worse as we arrived at our room number 3 aka Lily, the room and sheets felt slightly damp all the time, highly likely due to the bath (which jets didn’t work and shower which the head looked so full of limescale that we didn’t use it and opted instead for the removable shower head to shower. The air conditioning worked and cooled down the room a lot, however it turned itself off when we left the room. The bed was comfortable yet a little damp feeling as previously mentioned. Location was good, nearby rock beaches, restaurants, shops and the price was decent. Staff was nice. Overall we would not return to this property again and we are glad we only stayed one night.

Clean room in a quiet neighborhood. Not too far from the boat to Valletta or the party scene in St. Julien. High quality restaurants are a bit hard to find very close, but that's the only minor complaint I have.
