“No air-conditioning, dead flys in room on floor and window sills in stairway and room. Room tiny and was ridiculously hot. Stains on carpet, pillowcase and towels. The cold water tap did not work on sink or in shower. Honestly one of the worst stays of my life.”

“When booking I thought the rate was reasonable for somewhere to stop for one night, and the pictures looked good. Maybe some rooms are OK, but the further you go from reception, the worse the hotel seems to get. We stayed on the hottest night of the year. There is no air con so even with the window wide open it felt like the gates of hell, and overlooking the main road so there was no chance of sleep due to the noise. I called reception (from my mobile) and asked if we could switch rooms but...

“Staff was friendly and breakfast was great but the nest double rooms do not have AC so plan accordingly if you are traveling during hot days. The room we stayed in had ac but it was leaking so the floor was wet underneath.”

“Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Very pleased we stayed here after our flight in to LHR from PHX. Only minor challenge was that there is no lift. However, staff helped us with the bags. Plan to return before we leave for USA”
