Beautiful, quiet and extremely clean. Staff were great! Nice restaurant in the hotel but the menu is very limited. Mexican restaurant also walking distance from hotel, the food there was great! Starbucks, BelAir, yogurt place within walking distance as well. Overall, great place to stay!

Stayed one night with 2 children. The hotel was very clean. The kids loved the indoor pool and breakfast in the morning. All the staff was very friendly. And a huge plus the Wi-Fi was very easy to access and had a excellent signal. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Residence Inn location. Rooms were clean, spacious and we'll equipped.
We slept on comfortable beds and air conditioning was quiet.
Front desk staff was helpful and accomodating, housekeeping on our floor were friendly.
We are especially grateful to management as we had left a very personal,sentimental and valuable items in our room, they recovered them and safely secured them till our eventual return visit in two weeks.

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed, Breakfast was simple, always hot and they never ran out, even until the end of serving time. The staff was extremely polite and quite helpful as we needed directions and referrals for activities. I would highly recommend this location, especially because of its close proximity to the freeway, shopping and activities.

I've stayed here before on business and it was a good stay then and an even better stay this time around. Check-in was super easy and quick and the front desk staff was professional and friendly. Our room was adequate and most importantly, the shower and water pressure was great! (We had problems at the La Quinta nearby). I would recommend this hotel. Good value and a pleasant stay. (Next time we'll try the indoor heated pool).

The area around the hotel (outside property line) is a little rough due to the train and tram traffic, as well as the occasional homeless person, but the hotel grounds are well manicured and safe.
