"We stayed one night at Imperial House and it was outstanding! The owner was very kind and welcoming. She also made a wonderful breakfast! The room was extremely clean a comfortable and attended to every detail. We also went next door to a newly opened restaurant for dinner and it was fantastic. "5 minutes outside Rastoke, a car is needed but definitely worth a visit. Perfect location for plitvice national park only a 30 minute drive. Plenty of on site parking. Room clean and bed comfortable."

"Breakfast was okay. Lots of options. Parking was good and close to the national park. Upon check in the lady working was not very pleasant and seemed like we were making her job hard when he asked questions. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasnt open even though advertised as it was. We went across the street for dinner though which was nice. Our room was nice and clean however the toilet continued to run and we could not turn off. We could also hear ever single foot step in the building which woke us up. The pool was not heated and the pictures made it look like there was a jacuzzi but there was not. We were not able to swim as it was cold. Overall good short stay. Just had higher expectations. "

"This is a very unique property and feels like you are at a summer camp/cottage. I just loved it! The restaurant was nice and the food was good including the breakfast. Location to the waterfall was close by so you could see it from behind. It is close to the national park as well. Very nice and special place to stay."

"A rural village setting - quiet and I could easily see the sky full of stars. This is a well- finished 9 year old small hotel. I enjoyed a glass sitting under an apple tree in full bloom and the dinner was very good (nice crispy skin on the trout). Several comfy outdoor sitting areas. The room was spacious and well-fitted. Good water pressure in shower. Easy parking on site and a short walk to the quieter entrance 3 of the park. Staff friendly and thoughtful. No need for a/c for my stay - an open window was all that was needed, and I woke to birdsong. I highly recommend."
