โI really enjoyed the aesthetic of this hotel. The lobby and accompanying coffee area and restaurant very cozy and has a diverse menu. The overall location of the hotel was also convenient to the downtown Reykjavรญk shops, museums, and restaurants.โ

Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say โgood luckโ. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. โ
โI definitely can tell that this small luxury hotel was well designed and put a lot of thoughts. I really liked a simple scandinavian interior with a mixture of different textures all over. Moving TV which didnt block the view was very smart. I didn't really like the sliding door at the bathroom though. It was very uncomfortable when we use both shower and toilet at the same time.

One staff said I can keep my luggage on the messages but that day there is no one who keeps my luggage. I called the phone. Another staff takes the phone, they can't keep the luggage and yelled at me that who is it( about keeping luggage). There are so many stories but it is too long story.
Shortly l, they confused their policy and yelled at me but never apologizeed it.
