“Excellent hotel, greeted by friendly staff and shown to room. Very spacious and clean room with all the required amenities. Fantastic breakfast. The hotel is on the Main Street among all the popular bars and restaurants so it is very noisy at nighttime so be prepared. Will be back again hopefully very soon. ”

“We had an amazing experience at the Newpark Hotel in Kilkenny! The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really sets it apart is how perfect it is for families. There’s Jurassic Newpark adventure park attached with a variety of animals to visit, which our kids absolutely loved. The playground and large inflatable were huge hits and gave us plenty of time to relax while the kids were entertained for hours. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed...

“We had a lovely one night stay recently for a wedding we were attending in the rivercourt hotel, it was amazing value for money. The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Such a great stay we will definitely be back again. Denise & James. ”

“Total gem and worth going a bit off the beaten path. Wonderfully renovated and welcoming spaces. On a cool night there were small fires in the fireplaces in the lobby and in the restaurant. The dinner at the restaurant was the best of our trip, and the included breakfast in the morning was also fabulous. Walkable little town with several historical points of interest, a Friday morning farmers market, and lots of locals at Joyces pub and bakery. We wished we had booked for more than one night. ”

“Quirky from the outside but nice inside. Comfortable and clean. We were in a room next to the pub so we didn’t have any noise except from guests using the hot tub and they quieted about 930. Only issue we had was it was warm so we wanted the windows open but the staff used the space by our window as a smoking area. We were able to open after they left for the night. Small nice kitchen with convenience store across the street that had basic groceries for all meals. ”
