“The staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel was clean, delicious food in a traditional restaurant. The room was brilliant. Comfy bed and 2 pillows each of very good quality. No light and no noise ideal for the best sleep ever! Very close to, what looks like, a great water park but we didn't go there as the swimming pool for a small cost in the hotel was beautiful.
As I say - nothing to fault. Excellent all round.”

“Advertised as with pool and spa as an “Amenity” but was then told that this was a nearby attraction and completely separate even though there are more photos of this than the actual room on the listing very misleading. It literally says “on site fitness centre”.
They asked for an extra cleaning fee but still expected me to take the rubbish out and I had to clean cutlery/plates myself because they were dirty anyway.
The lake was also several blocks away so didn’t really see that.
