"The hotel staff is just incredible. Everyone was super friendly! I would almost come back just for that. BUT. The water in the shower barely had any pressure, and did not get warm enough. I had to turn the shower as hot as it would go, and it wasn’t quite warm enough. The warm water did last the duration of the shower, which wasn’t short, so… points for that. The outlet next to the sink didn’t securely hold my hairdryer "

"The hot tub was a great size. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. The staff was helpful. Airport shuttle was right on time and got us to the airport promptly. The driver even brought fruit snacks for each of my kids, which was so nice! It was very close to the airport and very nice! Some cons from our stay include: -the website stated that it was $15 per night to park and then when we got there, they upped it to $25 per night without any warning. -I requested a pack and play at the time of booking and they messaged me back saying this would be no problem. When I got there and noticed it wasn’t in our room, I went and asked for one. They then told me they don’t have pack and plays, because they are a fire hazard. "

"Overall experience was good, overwhelming. Check in was an absolute joke 3 people doing it while it could allow 6 people doing it, Get it together seriously. Most staff were friendly aside from a few. The elevators were also a disaster we spent most time waiting for those. Everything is al a cart come here expecting to spend some $$$. I don't know what was going on in the pool area but people were puking in the pool area multiple times. I ended up stepping into a pile and that was the end of it for me. Absolutely disgusting. Come here with zero expectations and you'll have a blast! We will return someday hopefully they read these reviews and adjust a few things. I will add the rooms are super spacious and clean! So that was fantastic. "
