"Everything was perfect. They cleaned my room everyday, the staff was amazing, the room itself was very satisfying, basically like a suite. I was also able to do my own laundry prior to leaving. The Panorama Lounge and Bar had very good views of the city. The hotel’s located at the center of all the main attractions, I was basically able to just walk around to most of them. Overall, will definitely come back again next time I’m in Seoul. "

"This is a surprisingly good hotel in every way. We stayed there for 8 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was very modern, spacious, clean and well-soundproofed - all its amenities worked perfectly. The WiFi extended throughout the hotel and had a high speed of over 100 Mbps. The breakfast had an incredible variety and was healthy and flavorful. The gym in the basement had a range of good equipment. Finally, the location was excellent: a 7 min walk from the City Hall subway station and an 8-min walk (other direction) from the Meong-dong shopping & food district. I would rate this hotel very highly and would stay at it all over again on a future trip to Seoul."
