There is a power outage every 2 hrs and ac is to old to cool the rooms. It was hot whole night. Also when you open the balcony's door the ac stops working and resets! What a shame and disrespectful. Our (deluxe level) had breathtaking views across Kusadasi Bay. The staff is really kind and available 24 hours a day for any need.
