โHad a great stay! The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy.
The only downside was the parking โ it can be a bit tricky, as spots are sometimes taken by bistro visitors who arenโt staying at the hotel. Otherwise, everything else was smooth and enjoyable.โ
โQuite nice and new hotel with associated restaurant and bar. Overallgreat experience. Staff might be too busy during afternoon and we missed opportunity to ask for toothbrush etc.โ
โWe have stayed here quite a few times before, it looks like many rooms are being upgraded. Our room was exceptionally large and had everything we could have needed.
Good pillows, comfy bed, lovely white towels.
The carpets could have done with cleaning.
Will definitely use this one again when we are in the area.

โWhat the helly is that smelly from the vents/drains!!! Obviously a known issue why thereโs soo many auto air freshners near the bathrooms at the end of the corridor!
Also heard some poor lady telling someone (trying to get in to her room!) to get away from her door late saturday night..โ

As soon as we got into the room we had no power, had to go and get someone to reset the power box.
Could not use the tv as the 2 remotes were for a complete different brand tv and would not change the Chanel.
Supplied with 1 pillow.
Went to reception to see if we could please get another pillow and a tv remote, was advised all rooms are full (even though there was hardly anyone there) so no pillow and they had to get maintenance for the tv. Both of which were not...
