Très bien

Très bon accueil, le personnel est très sympathique. Le responsable de l'hôtel est très aimable étant souriant, il nous a donné pleins de conseils pour la suite de notre voyage. Le dîner était très bon. Si nous repassons par là nous reviendrons.

Lieu agréable

Bel emplacement à proximité immédiate de la plage, vue sur le Golfe de Tunis et la pointe de Korbous. Confort de la chambre simple. Personnel sympathique et serviable.

On a rien trouvé d intéressant, il y avait même pas la piscine et la ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire mais la votre ,vous devez mettre les photos a jours ,pas de transat ,pas de sèche cheveux dans les chambres. Le personnel et le patron ont essayer de rentre notre séjour agréable, mais impossible de passé une soirée a l hôtel, donc nous sommes resté dans notre chambre la tv en compagnie et en anglais .😡 La faute vient de votre part ,vous nous avez vendu du rêve avec les photos et cela été un enfer ,on a pleuré son argent, c'est honteux et vous êtes mal honnête, d'arnaquer les gens avec votre site Madame Petito

Une véritable catastrophe .... Portail fermé à l'arrivée et impossible de joindre la réception au téléphone et quand... le gardien arrive difficile de comprendre et de se faire comprendre finalement le gardien appelle le proprio et victoire on nous montre notre appart ....Accès non éclairé !!! Odeur de moisi de renfermé ++ dans l appartement, le gardien attrape rapidement la poubelle pleine et après quelques problèmes de compréhension nous comprenons qu'il faut se rendre à la réception et là toujours le même interlocuteur....... Le gardien veut prendre nos passeport et les garder !!! De nouveau échange avec le proprio au téléphone .. et là, nous décidons de partir (non remboursable) mais vraiment pas grave.... Dans le parking une personne nous explique que le lieu est un bar local !!! Je pense que quelques années en arrière le site devait être correct mais ça c'était avant !!!

The worst place in Tunis

I booked and paid for "Junior" room with terrace. When i arrived to the Hotel, they said that no one room in the Hotel have terrace and they Dont have any "Junior" room with terrace in the whole Hotel, and, they have only Standard. We looked 4 Standart rooms, every one was terrible: 1) beddings was not changed (dirty beddings with sand and hairs), 2) bed cover and cardins was dirty too, 3) they did not propose pilows for sleep (only decorative dirty pilows without clean pilowcover), 4) they did not propose blanket for sleep, 5) they did not propose anough towels in bathroom (and part of them was dirty and not dry what means that someone use tham before us),6) they proposed only 3 (total) washing liquids for 2! persons for 2! days, 7) we did not have hot water. This accomodation with this service costs 39eur/per night. Please, think Do you agree to pay 39 eur for this accomodation? I never go back to the this Hotel - It was the worst experience in my life. Even any chip Hostel may propose better service , than this Hotel.

L'hotel è posizionato in una tetra periferia, la spiaggia è coperta di immondizia. Stanze grandi, pulite comode ma senza wi fi. Debole il riscaldamento (siamo andati a fine aprile e faceva freddo). Forniscono anche cena e colazione.
