Great, accommodating staff. Super convenient, very close to the central atation and a short walk to Marienplatz. The neighborhood isnt thr prettiest but ut felt completely safe. Great value. Highly recommend.

This was the first stay on a two-week trip to Bavaria. The property is clean, modern, and very conveniently located to the Altstadt. It's 450m to the nearest U-Bahn stop, just over 1km to Marienplatz, and a 5-minute walk to the Englischer Garten.
Would stay there again. Only downsides: no A/C (same as many European properties), and no washcloths in the bathroom.
Super-friendly staff who didn't snicker at my bad college German and went out of their way to help and make suggestions about places to see.
