"Wonderful hotel, location is more so, lovely staff, food ok, but be aware than the beach is public, do you have your pay for beds and brollies, €22:50 per day which the hotel does not tell you about. Overall, really excellent. They need to improve on there sustainability as too many plastic water bottles everywhere, need water fountains and non plastic water bottles in the rooms. Their food (breakfast) needs to be hotter but the Mosaic breakfast was amazing, the Level breakfast was abit poor and not hot. Overall 9/10 for the most amazing location and views. Hotel just needs to work on a few little elements to be perfect."

"Great hotel in a very nice location. The rooms were clean and nice (although the views in my room were not great). The pool area was lovely and we never had any issue finding a sun lounger. There's also decent beach a short walk away. One of the best things of the hotel were the staff, who were very friendly. If I could improve something though it would be the food, as it was a bit repetitive and even in the evening the hot plate sections didn't have anything exciting. The desserts were also a bit dissapointing."

"We really enjoyed our first stay at this hotel in the beginning of August and went back second time for a shorter stay and now looking to book another holiday for next year. It is only a short drive from the airport, it is clean, staff are friendly and helpful and in my opinion it offers all you need for a family with children for a relaxing holiday. We look forward to coming back to this hotel in the future."

"The location is fantastic - we went for the eclipse and it didn’t disappoint - however the rooms themselves could use some tlc! The main pool is lovely but the bar service is slow and under staffed- even before the day of the eclipse - definitely need more bar staff - poor Sainer worked v hard with no help - bad management there as there were other staff able to help (inc managers!) but overall nice chill place - v little else around but there is a supermarket close by - food is ok - breakfast is better than the evening meal but they have everything- although as is with meals served en mass - never great 😌 Taxi to the Ciutadella was 12 euro ans well worth a visit"
