“The staff is friendly and room is cozy and excellent as always. My favorite hotel in Brussel!!”

“The staff and property were fantastic, however our room was not ready when we arrived at 9pm-it appears that housekeeping had stripped the beds and started to prepare the room, then it had been forgotten and was not finished. The staff on the front desk were amazing and had the room sorted in 1 hour, and provided us with drinks and snacks. The family room was very spacious, great facilities and breakfast, I would otherwise highly recommend.”

“There's no complementary water in the refrigerator. ”

“had u authorised cancellation but they accommodated our early check in request in return”
