The room came with good amenities. It had a nice balcony. There was a good swimming pool and spa. However, it’s a twenty minute walk from the centre of Sorrento. Other than that the hotel was perfect.

Good location, easy access to town by road. Nice hotel and clean. Outdoor area ok, but could be improved as looks a little tired. Noise from traffic and balcony view was not ideal given the price paid for the room. Food at the bar was expensive but there was a good selection breakfast. Cleaning staff fantastic and efficient. Hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate our every request. Breakfast options fabulous and delicious. Spa was a surprise bonus. Pool was clean and quiet. Gym was fab also. I would definitely return.

The most wonderful hotel! Perfect room, perfect pool & rooftop garden, and absolutely delicious breakfast! Staying here was a highlight of our trip. Maybe not as "close to the action" as some other properties (it took us about 15-20 minutes to walk into the center part of town) but that was absolutely no problem. 10/10 -- excellent hotel.

The breakfast and pool were very good. The only complaint is that rooms are not sound proof and too tiny. It is 15 minutes far away from ferry docks, which I think is far. You can ask for taxi in the reception and it comes fast and is cheaper than uber

Lovely and clean. Rooms nice and modern and good size. Lovely extra la such as arrival biscuits, shower caps, toothbrush & toothpaste, ear plugs and eye mask etc. Breakfast good and a member of staff was really helpful with gluten free food however it would have been useful if the food was labelled as gf anyway. Pool area run down but fine overall. Spa was a lovely touch and highly recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and the balcony was spacious. The rooftop was amazing. We also appreciated the late check-out until 12:00 pm. We will definitely come back!

The hotel overall is very clean, and the staff are kind and helpful. We stayed at three hotels over the course of our Italy trip and this was our favorite one! It it was close to the center (about a 10 minute walk) without feeling like you’re in too crowded of an area. Bonus points for the pool and the excellent morning breakfast!

10/10 – We will definitely be back! My husband and I had an amazing experience at Hotel Central Wellness. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even decorating our room for the occasion. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was very convenient for exploring Sorrento and the surrounding area. We especially loved the pool and tanning area, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The terrace was another highlight. We enjoyed watching the sunset there in the evenings, and the views were beautiful. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our honeymoon so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento!

The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. The property was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Our room and bathroom were small but clean and the ac worked better than we were anticipating. Hotel is walking distance to the city center and port which was very convenient. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
