Hotel Britannia is wonderful! If possible, book a room with balcony and view. The staff is outstanding. They make you feel at home, and services are superb. Five stars is not enough.

My room wasn’t so good .. ( made the reservation last minute ) but all other rooms are nicer with sea view or Garden view in this hotel , the stuff and the owner are helpful and very nice and they do everything to make you happy and comfortable …There is a beautiful garden with a lemon tree and sea view. I would go back there ( not in the same room)

The people who run this hotel are just lovely! We had a delightful stay and loved that the bus picked and dropped off right across the street- otherwise the location would have impossible. The beach club and swimming area across the street was nice to have too.

I'm so glad we chose to stay a little outside the city center. The gorgeous walk to town would have been missed otherwise. The views were incredible from our room. The staff was not only helpful but seemed to love their work which made our stay even more enjoyable. If I get the blessing of visiting Sorrento again, this is where I will stay.
