5 Stars in every category. Excellent service by the entire staff. Well appointed lobby and common areas. The grounds are very well maintained. Rooms are nice with good beds. Highly recommend this hotel and staff. P.S Balcony with view of the Bay of Naples is a must!

A very comfortable good quality eco friendly hotel in an excellent location. Easy short walk to a large choice of restaurants bars and shops. All the staff were excellent and helpful. Lots of sunbeds placed in different areas of the hotel giving lots of choice and no need to rush to place towels on sunbeds. The buffet breakfast was plentiful fresh and lots of options. front of house Michael was always very welcoming and cheerful every morning. The rooms and rest of the hotel were kept very clean. Lots of art on display made it feel like living in an art gallery - loved that 👍 Only downside was the weak WiFi around the hotel. But then it meant we could totally switch off and relax. We went mid September. The weather was great and hardly any children made it a very peaceful stay. Loved the buggy ride to reception to spare tired legs after a day sightseeing

Fantastic place to stay in Sorrento. Luxury hotel. Great swimming pool. Helpful staff. No need for transport to historic centre/ Corso Italia. 5th floor- idyllic sea view and view of Vesuvius.

The hotel is gorgeous. The pool is a highlight. There are many sitting area throughout the property surrounded by flowers and under lemon trees. They regularly have live music with bar service which was an evening treat. If I return to Sorrento again, I will stay here again!

This hotel was a gem in the heart of Sorrento! When they said there was free breakfast, I’m never interested in it usually because it lacks quality normally and choice. However, THIS free breakfast was INCREDIBLE had so many choices from just fruit and yogurt to omelettes, homemade bread, sausage, bacon, and the list goes on and on! I was very impressed with the breakfast and the amenities and the hotel staff was so kind and welcoming! FANTASTIC❣️

The pool is only open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. we tried using it on multiple days after it coming back from outings but it was always close by then which pretty much made it useless. The staff was very friendly and the upkeep of the property was impeccable. The fitness room was decent as well.
