So amazing! Such a beautiful place with the sweetest and most helpful staff. 100% recommend, I went with my boyfriend, and it felt like we were on a honeymoon. Super clean and tidy. Super close to the town and shops.

The location of this property was great. Right in the middle of everything and a short walk to the lift or bus/train station. Could be a little noisy at night but it didn't bother us too much. The room was clean and well-equipped but had an unpleasant smell to it throughout our stay. We were disappointed with the hosts/staff, particularly from booking up to our arrival. First, we booked the room with the turkish baths and paid more for the room to have that amenity. The turkish bath was not operational at all during our stay and it seems like they've since removed that amenity from the listing. Upon arrival, very little direction was given on how to get to the property and how to find it. We walked past the door a couple of times because there was no signing and no directions prior to arrival. Also no directions to the lift from the marina even though they were aware we were arriving by ferry. Because of that, we climbed the steps with our luggage from the marina. Not easy. Once we got settled in, the property was fine and we really enjoyed the location. Just be prepared to ask questions before arrival and know how to get to the lift from the marina if arriving to Sorrento via ferry.

Lovely big room & we had a spa bath which was upstairs - did take forever to fill & the water wasn’t very hot. Bathroom was nice, with toiletries & clean towels daily. Giulia, was very helpful & pleasant. Overall a lovely stay.

What a wonderful place! Tracy and Valentina are such sweet, thoughtful hosts - even offering to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs for me on arrival and departure! The location is also just perfect, right in the heart of everything, just out the front door are so many cute restaurants and shops, yet it was very quiet inside. And the bed and the shower were absolutely amazing!! Thank you for a perfect stay!

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Sorrento! Our hosts were amazing and extremely helpful, assisting us with excursions and recommendations for the area. The room itself was very clean, and the location was convenient for everything you need in the town. Would highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time during our stay. Finding the suites was a little tricky though the staff did a great job of explaining where it is. Great location, right in the middle of downtown and we were very happy with how close restaurants, shops and everything was to the home. We would stay again if ever in Sorrento.

We especially enjoyed our spa room with the steam and large bath. The location was close to many restaurants and shopping with the added treat of being able to watch the traditional Easter processionals from our windows. Rosanna was very helpful answering any of our questions and suggesting and booking reservations for us! We would definitely stay here again.
