You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 1.50 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• Electricity fee: EUR 0.80 per kilowatt-hour, per week
• A consumption-based electricity fee is charged for use over 150 kWh.
• A damage deposit of EUR 1500 will be collected before check-in.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 180 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 8)
• Early check-in fee: EUR 300 (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee: EUR 100 for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight
