Overbooked and no proper replacement
"I had ordered a room in the hotel with at least Wifi. They ran out of rooms and tried to save the situation by offering us a cottage. "when booking this hotel, it was stated that there was free wi-fi included, we'll there was NONE! secondly this hotel is still under construction and clearly was not ready for guests at least in the building we were assigned. 1.
