“The room was immaculate, but the customer service was subpar. Although I was switched from a room that didn’t have a working TV to another one that did, nonetheless, customer service needs to be greatly improved! And the toilet which I used the flush was too weak, so I had to unclog it myself.”

“If any issues arise during your stay, (which multiple rooms have issues) expect to be ignored or dismissed rather than helped. The lack of care, competence, and accountability from both management Ruth and reception is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, they simply cannot be trusted. I would not recommend this property based on the rude and extremely poor customer service from manager Ruth and the front desk reception team . During multiple stays, messages & calls were ignored...

“Slightly off the main, busy part of the Playa Cabarete. A slight bit of a hike (10 to 15 minutes) to where most of the restaurants and grocery stores, kite/wing schools/rentals are, but I appreciate the quietness and security the place has to offer. The facility is modern, clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again.”
