That being said, there was hot water and the bed was comfortable. When I checked in the host said “It’s not the Sheraton” and I agree. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. "

"The property is a little piece of heaven in the Algarve. When one enters the gates of the Quinta, one is brought into a quiet beautiful space, which the owners have lovingly updated to accommodate the visitor. The linens are especially soft and fragrant. The breakfasts are delicious - fruit, freshly made tarts, yogurts, bread, cheese, eggs. A perfect place to recover and rest after a beach day. I was sad to leave, but hope to come back!"

"This is the best independent boutique hotel we have stayed in. The building has been modernised and decorated to an exceptionally high standard. The room we had was superb. Spotless. Very quiet. The staff were outstanding. Friendly, accommodating and very helpful. We met the owner too who is a delightful lady who takes a lot of pride in her hotel and comfort of her guests.
