Nice relaxation spa hotel

Nice place. Reception was very cold and not helping about lunch. We ended up in Urheiluopisto to eat. The sauna world and the spa facilities were very relaxing and enjoyable. Made us enjoy our stay...

Mixed feelings

After a long drive, we waited an hour at the reception to check in (actually an hour and 4 minutes). The room was quite outdated. I think the whole place needs renovation, but the room was bad and especially the bathroom. There was no place to dry clothes and equipment. The spa is nice and the kids enjoy it. The breakfast was good. The service was friendly and welcoming. The problem was that the reception was so full when we arrived.

I liked everything at the hotel. Wish that the parking was for free when you stay at the hotel and i also wish that it was litter faster system in the reception, it was a very long waiting to get the key for the rooms

Hyvä lapsiperheille ja kiva kylpylä

Paljon aktiviteetteja ja hyvä aamiainen. Kylpylä oli mukava. Alueella on lapsiperheille paljon tekemistä. Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia. Helteellä huoneessa ei ollut helppo nukkua. Kaikki maksaa erikseen. Pysäköinti pitäisi olla ilmainen hotellin asukkaille. Myös kuntosali ja kylpylä maksoi erikseen. Kylpytakit ja tossutkin maksoivat. Nämä kaikki voisi sisälyttää huonehintaan jo alunperin, niin asiakaskokemus oli parempi. Siivousta ei ollut ollenkaan majoittumisen aikana. Aktivitettien takia kaikenkaikkiaan hyvä kokemus. Hotellihuone oli kulunut, epäsiisti ja tunkkainen.

Hikinen yö

Kylpylän houkuttelemana yövyttiin 1 yö matkalla pohjoiseen. Sisäänkirjautumisessa jonotettiin yli tunti ja huoneessa huomattiin, että vuodesohvasta ei ollut tehty petiä eikä kolmatta pyyheparua ollut. Soitto respaan ja 20 min maksullista jonotusta. Piti kävellä respaan hoitamaan asia. Huoneessa kuuma ja tuntui että ilman vaihtoa ei ollut. Kylpylässä aaioita rikki, mutta silti kylpylä tosi kiva. Ympäristön aktiviteettit hyviä. Ilmaista tekemistä leikkipuistojen ja hiekkarannan muodossa lapselle plussaa. Pysäköinti maksullista niin kuin monessa kaupunkin hotellissa.

Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia, joten yöllä oli kuuma vaikka tuuletin oli käytössä. Kylpytakit oli kaikki lasten kokoa, eikä missään tietoa missä ne voisi vaihtaa. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli ruuhkautunut saapuessamme ja jonotimme liki tunnin. Palveluiden aukioloajat meille huonot, kylpylä aukesi myöhään, samoin kahvila. Attention à la description

Chambre vieillissante mais ce qui nous le plus agacé, c’est que la piscine affichée sur la réservation soit payante en plus, ce qui n’est pas mentionné sur la description de l’hôtel. C’est de la publicité mensongère, autant les tarifs parking ou autre options sont clairement indiqué, là ce fut une désagréable surprise à l’arrivée car en plus ce n’est pas donné (15€/adulte avec un prix pour les résidents de l’hôtel) en famille ça chiffre vite. Par contre superbe complexe aquatique!

Pesuaineiden puuttuminen

Shampoot ja saippuat loppu, eikä niitä haluttu toimittaa, vaikka kaksi kertaa kävimme respasta pyytämässä. Respan nuori mies käski menemään ostamaan shampoon ja saippuan lähikaupasta parin kilometrin päästä…ei ole aikaisemmin yhtä huonoa palvelua tullut vastaan missään muussa hotellissa.

Huone oli epäsiisti.

Huone oli hyvä, ja hyvässä paikassa ja huoneella oli parveke oli ok. Mutta huone oli erittäin huonosti siivottu ja kylpyhuone ei ollut siivottu ollenkaan. Vessapytty ja suikku oli oikein likaisia ja pyyhkeet ei ollut eikä käsipaperia. Suikkussa ei ollut mitään saippua. Huoneessa ei myöskään ollut mitään info, mitä kuluu olla. Ei ollut niinkun hotellihuone kuullut olla ja mitä mainostetaan. Olimme viettämässä mieheni syntymäpäivä ja olin hyvin pettynyt, ei löytynyt edes juomalaseja. (baarikappi ei löytynyt tai oli tyhjä) ehkä se myöskin kuuluu olla. (sitä ei olisi kyllä käytetty.) Sanoin kyllä sisäänkirjaus yhteydessä että olemme täällä viettämässä mieheni tasa - syntymäpäivä. Siinä oli niin pitkä jono että joudumme odottaa melkein tunti. Henkilökunta oli kyllä ystävällisiä.
