Staff was helpful, building and amenities were adequate but not great. Couldn't control room temperature, elevators not consistent, could use a good cleaning and maintenance crew. Excellent location. Great if you are out most of the time. Would try it again.

Beautiful hotel and the location is incredible for dinning and exploring Soho, Chinatown and Little Italy. The staff in Front Desk is super kind. Would stay again in this hotel when visiting New York City next time

"Great hotel, also went to the pool which was a little small, and relaxed in the sauna for a bit. The food at the restaurant was great, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and everything was very good. The hotel is family friendly and my very young daughter had a blast."

"Great hotel, with up-to-date rooms, clean and spacious. Common spaces are clean. Restaurant had a great breakfast. The pool was a plus in our afternoon time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely on my next trip will be looking forward to staying again at this hotel."
