"Lovely hotel, beautiful interior looking a little jaded but with wonderful touches like white roses in vases throughout the hotel, including two vases in our room and one in the bathroom. Candles lit at night time making the hotel look beautiful. Nice staff, a little slow on room service request but we called down during dinner and they were busy."

"This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient.
