“Perfect Hotel for people looking for all inclusive. For me this was accidental, I was going to be in sousse and booked without looking at this detail. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, to amazing food in dining hall! Lots of great options. All team members are helpful, smiley and love to help guests. “호텔 직원들의 서비스가 엉망진창이네요. 체크인 할 때 예약에 문제가 있어 확인하겠다고 기다려달라고 이야기한 뒤 20분 넘게 아무말도 없어 저희가 직접 찾아가서 다시 진행 상황이 어떻냐 하면 기다리게 해서 미안하다는 말도 없이 본인들 할말만 하네요. 그러고 또 다른 확인사항이 있어 담당 직원이 사무실 안으로 들어가면 20분 넘에 안 나오고, 담당하던 직원이 없어 다른 직원에게 물어보면 본인들은 잘 모른다고 그냥 그러고 말았구요. 그렇게 체크인때문에 2시간 넘게 기다리다가 그날 일정 아무것도 소화 못했습니다. 심지어 객실에 들어가봤더니 천장에서 물이 새고 있었고, 이에 대해 또 컴플레인 거니까 미안하는 말도 없이 그냥 바닥 한번 닦고 물 새는 쪽 한번만 보고 끝났네요. 정말 이때동안 갔던 호텔중에 가장 최악의 서비스였습니다.”
