L'hôtel est très beau, calme et très bien situé avec une belle plage à 20 m de la piscine. Le buffet et la propreté sont corrects, les installations (ascenseur, wifi) ont parfois des défaillances, l'animation est sympa et adaptée aussi aux enfants.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön , aber das Essen, lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es ist genug Auswahl da , aber immer das gleiche ohne Geschmack . Die Anlage ist sehr sauber . Das Personal sehr nett . Ich würde wiederkommen, aber nur mit Halbpension .

The first night I had some issues with my room and Ali, at the front desk, went above and beyond to resolve these issues!! I was given a new, premium room with a fantastic view and decor! 😍 From that point on my stay was amazing!! The service I received I received was outstanding in all areas, the El Baal restaurant was a highlight!! The housekeeping staff were excellent as well! The staff here, in all areas of the hotel were welcoming, helpful, and very friendly!! I can’t say enough good things about them!! Thankyou for the beautiful memories that I made here!! I would definitely recommend and return!!😘

Les services de chambre ne sont pas bons et les services de restauration ne sont pas bons non plus. Peu d'entre eux vous accueillent et vous traitent bien, mais la majorité, s'ils trouvent que vous êtes arabes, ne se soucient que des étrangers. Quant à la réception, il y a unً travailleur qui ne vous regarde même pas si vous venez lui parler. C'est une perte pour moi de mettre ces avis pour une belle hôtel comme celui-ci j'espère qu'ils amélioreront les prestations.

* chambres avec cafards inclus * 2 réclamations sans résultats, ni proposition de changement de chambres * service de chambre entre sans frapper la porte. * couverture inutilisables car avec odeurs * une seule clé et qui pèse 250 grammes, pas pratique pour une famille, donc en vacances on faisait aussi des rdv pour se passer la clé. * chaleur étouffante au restaurant * restaurant mal aéré, donc on sent les grillades sur nos vêtements * 400 chambres aux complet avec une seule machine à café le matin, * vers la fin de service, on trouve plus de vaisselles, on passe aux gobelets en plastique * à 7:00 du matin, toutes les chaises longues sont réservés mais sans leurs clients, Je suis fatigué de continuer...

Worst Hotel... It should not be open for Business

Does not hold 4 star standard... Hotel need Major Renovation..rooms are not renovated since 1990s... Just lick of paint.. Basic cleanness is missing... Every night water stops... So go to washroom... Before 10...I have been staying for last 5 days and hot water has been an issue not to forget i escalated 4 times... Some staff are good but most doesnt give flying Flamingo... Limited sun bath chairs by the pool... And all of them taken by their staff to sell it later for petty cash... Food is mediocre... I still have 4 nights to go through this torture.. If i didnt have kids would have left... On day 1.oh yah don't go for bungalow as its further from everything... To pool its 5 mins walk.. If you come after sun set.. Lights are not even on... STAY AWAY... I dont have energy to take more pics or write more of problems at this place....... Stay away and save money

The customer service was a complete joke. From day one, the staff were rude and didn’t know how to deal with customers at all. Most of the people at reception couldn’t even speak proper English, so communication was a mess. I asked for an iron three times and kept being told it would be brought to my room never happened. Then I was told I had to wait until housekeeping came in at 8 a.m. I waited, saw one of them, and when I tried to explain, she literally pulled the room key out of my hand, looked at the number, said she’d bring an iron and didn’t. I was fuming by that point and went straight to reception. Turns out, I was supposed to pay for the iron the whole time, but no one mentioned that. They handed me some form to fill out to pay. I asked to speak to management because the whole thing was ridiculous. The receptionist talked for half an hour but still didn’t resolve anything. In the end, I had to pay. To make it worse, the phone in the room wasn’t working, so I had to walk all the way down to reception every time. The room itself was dusty and dirty. Even though housekeeping came by, it didn’t make a difference it was never actually clean. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because I was travelling with my two kids, and they wanted to use the slide in the play area. Guess what? The slide was out of order the entire time. If you’re travelling with children and think you’ll have a fun, relaxing time here don’t bother. The staff are rude.

De mon avis cet hôtel n’est pas digne de son statut 4 étoiles . Je me permets de juger faisant près de 100 nuits d’hôtels par an. Au niveau du service,la réception est catastrophique et je pèse mes mots .Je pense que l’expérience clients pour eux n’a aucune valeur. Il nous a fallu 3 jours pour régler un problème de climatisation (tomber malade). Si il n’y avait pas eu la responsable relation client je pense qu’on aurait jamais réglé ce problème. La réception se fout royalement de vos problèmes ou de votre séjour . On vous remets les clés et débrouillez vous , aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel . A contrario l’équipe animation , sécurité et staff restaurant font du bon travail pour vous rendre le séjour agréable . La piscine est sympa mais il va falloir vous réveiller tôt ( avant 7h) pour avoir un transat ou alors payer le maître nageur pour qu’il vous réserve un transat . Il est tout sauf maître nageur ( il a engueulé fort un enfant qui se noyait 😰) En vacances en famille je ne conseillerai pas cet hôtel car c’est un peu vous et votre chance mais si vous voulez passer un séjour sans encombre ce n’est pas la bonne adresse. Nous étions en bungalow, allez disons que c’est pas trop mal sauf plus d’eau après 22h. @ hôtel El Ksar: vous avez un bel établissement et bien situé mais malheureusement la réception et le gestionnaire piscine vous feront perdre de nombreux clients ( avis identique de nombreux touristes rencontrés lors de notre séjour).

Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all. Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony.

Hotellet er helt okei. «All inclusive» - maten var okei. Hotellet sine ansatte var bra, noen veldig bra, andre mindre bra. Stranda var perfekt. Basseng området var flott. Slitt hotell, trenger å bli renovert.
