Looks like the best place in the area, beautiful beach, beautiful pool. I highly recommend. Have breakfast near the lobby, the downstairs restaurant is way too crowded. Make sure to visit the Sousse castle museum and the Roman colosseum in el Jem, also Carthage if you can 😃

Old and run down

It looks great in photos but the hotel is rundown and needs some repair work. Things like lounge chair cushions being moldy and glass banisters being cracked. And there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The spa is over crowded and they allow kids which makes it very peaceful.

This hotel is what you would expect from the movenpick family of hotels. It is a large hotel but has lots of things to offer tourists. The rooms are spacious and do housekeeping twice a day although the evening housekeeping visit was a bit hit and miss. Bottled water is provided to your room whether you are all inclusive or just B&B. The all inclusive option has taken over the hotel which means visitors such as ourselves paying for meals and service were in the minority. This brings with it its own issues, such as different quality of drinks - for those paying as you go. Constantly having to reiterate that you were not all inclusive so you could get the good brands! Sabir round the pool and Kamal drinks water round the pool have got things all sorted round the pool. They gave excellent service and treated with a smile. The worst experience by far was breakfast where the waiters were a very unhappy bunch and took ages to provide you with drinks. The food at breakfast was excellent just poor service.

We stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and it was amazing for our 10 years anniversary we decided to go back, the hotel from outside still looks amazing, the room are still nice and clean and the view was amazing, the staff at the reception was really friendly, the downside is the beach sand was really dirty cigarettes in it stones and all sort of things, 10 years ago it wasn't like that, they shouldn't allow the customers to take food on the beach or around the swimming pool as it makes the place dirty like we seen some customers left a sandwich near the pool and it was full of flies, 10 years ago the had different clientele and the place was amazing, all the sun beds are the same as 10 years ago they are old and most of them broken. The breakfasts that we had included it was the worse one difficult to find a clean table,the breakfast wasn't anything nice and always the same ,the coffee from the machine is undrinkable. This place need to change lots of things clean the sand on the beach every day,stop letting people eat on the beach and swimming pool, not allowing to smoke inside the hotel, change all the sun beds, change the breakfast quality.

The night clubs next to the hotel they close late and it’s kinda annoying but this hotel is the best in the aria.
