"This property is truly exceptional. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure guests feel well cared for from the moment they arrive. From the security staff and bellmen to the reception team, every single person I encountered was highly professional, courteous, and attentive. What impressed me even more was seeing members of the top management team actively walking around the property to ensure that guests were being properly taken care of. Their visible presence and commitment to guest satisfaction reflect a culture of excellence that is evident throughout the entire operation. The follow-up was equally impressive. The team consistently checked in to make sure everything was meeting expectations and promptly addressed any request or concern. This level of attentiveness made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The level of service is outstanding and sets a benchmark for hospitality excellence. This property is a perfect example of the standards that other hotels should aspire to in customer care and hospitality management. I highly recommend this property. "Great staff in the dining room, housekeeping and pool. Room, hotel and pool were clean. Kids activities seemed quite exceptional and that staff deserves heaps of praise. Beach access was great and very pleasant to look at. However, many broken chairs on the beach for guest use. Lots of activities if you want to get involved in those. Food was bland, not many vegetarian options, repetitive, and dairy is something all-together different here. Drinks were good, small pool cups, limited drink menu but overall good. Lots of snack options between meals and late night. WiFi was extremely limited. Small extra fee for gym use. Tennis court in disrepair. No room or dining room AC some months like May. No WiFi at pool, dining area, in front of the hotel, tennis court, beach area, in our hotel room, but did work in limited areas of the lobby. This caused some difficulty setting up airport transfers, checking out local attractions etc. For the price we were happy but would likely go to another place next time."

"Had a fantastic stay! The manager, Amine, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The service was truly amazing, and both the hotel and food selection exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!"

"Situated in the medina which is my preferred location. I like not having to get a taxi into town. This is a pretty basic Hotel but cheap and clean. I don’t know about the air conditioning as it’s not the height of the summer and air con not necessary. All the shops and food places of the marina on your door step"
