"la limpieza fatal . cucarachas por todos sitios . la basura te llega al cuello, no dan gel de baño , solo 2 jabones q dan para medio brazo y el jabo huele a estiércol. No hay aire acondicionado ni tan siquiera un ventilador , con el calor q hace alli ... no venden nada de comer en el hotel , si se te pasa la hora de la comida no comes mas hasta el dia siguiente . llegamos y nos dijeron todo incluido con una manilla ... resulta que hasta un té habia q pagarlo , lo de menos es el dinero pq es barato pero venden una cosa q no es cierta ! EL WIFI INEXISTENTE. NO LO RECOMIENDO JAMAS . NO VOLVERÉ. Hay opciones alrededor muchísimo mejor de precio y confort , y me guié por las "4 estrellas del hotel' que de 4 estrellas no tiene nada"

"I had an amazing stay at Sousse Pearl Marriott Resort & Spa and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their professionalism and warm hospitality. A very special thank you to Wafa for her exceptional kindness and attention throughout my stay. Thanks to her, I received a wonderful room upgrade from a partial sea view room to a breathtaking full sea view room, which made my experience even more memorable. I would also like to thank Abir for her professionalism and welcoming attitude. The beach, the swimming pool, and the overall view were absolutely beautiful. The services were excellent from beginning to end: great food, attentive staff, impeccable housekeeping service, and a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-end stay in Sousse. Thank you again to the entire team for such a wonderful experience."

"Great staff in the dining room, housekeeping and pool. Room, hotel and pool were clean. Kids activities seemed quite exceptional and that staff deserves heaps of praise. Beach access was great and very pleasant to look at. However, many broken chairs on the beach for guest use. Lots of activities if you want to get involved in those. Food was bland, not many vegetarian options, repetitive, and dairy is something all-together different here. Drinks were good, small pool cups, limited drink menu but overall good. Lots of snack options between meals and late night. WiFi was extremely limited. Small extra fee for gym use. Tennis court in disrepair. No room or dining room AC some months like May. No WiFi at pool, dining area, in front of the hotel, tennis court, beach area, in our hotel room, but did work in limited areas of the lobby. This caused some difficulty setting up airport transfers, checking out local attractions etc. For the price we were happy but would likely go to another place next time."

"PLEASE NOTE - ALL INCLUSIVE FROM EXPEDIA DOES NOT INCLUDE ALCOHOL!!!! Arrived at hotel given wrist bands - then Ahh your with Expedia, we were then frogmarched to reception to have our bands cut off and demotted to SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE - which does not include Booze ?? Checked back on Expedia app and booking confirmation - Nothing to Explain and actually said all drinks included -.So huge argument with Expedia via a CHAT ROOM and Management at Hotel!! "
