"I stayed at this guest house recently and, unfortunately, had several disappointing issues during my stay. On the day of arrival, while we were downstairs for dinner after a long flight, the staff entered the room for turn-down service — and 1000 Rand went missing from my bag. Instead of taking the matter seriously, management simply offered me a drink as compensation, which felt dismissive and completely inadequate given the situation. "I did not look out for activities for the young but for a farmer's son I enjoyed observing the animals, was interested in the wine tasting that visitors from out of the country were taking part in. The bed had only one bedside light which hindered reading for lack of light."
