The staff is absolutely amazing. The rooftop bar and food was quaint quiet and perfect. The breakfast is simply amazing. We loved this stay. The location is on the waterfront, which is extremely safe, not extremely African, but very nice.

The restaurant staff at dinner seemed a little disorganised or uninterested. Some just stand and you have to wave to get attention whilst one or two do everything. Hotel itself is great but I’m not sure the whole team really feel committed and proud to work for Radisson. To some it’s a boring “job” !

The loacation was top notch - wish the parking was free as a hotel guest. Very noisy in the night, felt like someone was coming into the room. Banging doors, not sure if it was other guests. Bed comfortable, but because of the noise, couldn't sleep well. Food was lovely.

Good hotel in the heart of Cape Town waterfront

This is a great place to stay right in the heart of the Cape Town waterfont. Staff is very enthusiastic and the rooftop and main floor bars are very active and fun. Great views too. We were disappointed with the follow through of the concierges but it all worked out, luckily.

Great Hotel near the Waterfront

Great position right next to MOCCA and within easy walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants at the V&A Waterfront. Breakfast was good with a variety of freshly cooked hot dishes to order, plus the usual cold meats, cheeses, breads and cereals. Hotel was very clean with friendly, helpful staff and we were allowed to check in early after a gruelling flight from London at 10:30 a.m. instead of the usual 3:00 p.m., which was very welcome.
