I stay usually 4 nights per week and they don’t clean my room very well. I asked for my floor to be swept half way through the stay and they didn’t do it. I wish it wasn’t so expensive to stay somewhere else or I probably would. It is a tolerable place and staff is friendly.

The staff here is AMAZING!! It is family ran and operated and they take pride in their business. The building is a little older but they are doing their best to keep things updated and refurbished. Would definitely stay here again!!

Looks are deceiving

The walls were dirty with dry food/drink on them. Onenof our rooms had blood dried on the wall. Check-in was quick and wasy with a friendly attendant.

Checkin with a prior reservation was a breeze. The room was modern and clean with plenty of light. The bed was comfy. However, I noticed when using the back door to the parking near my room, the outside door doesn't lock! That's not a big concern though since there's a deadbolt on my door, the Motel 6 is in a good area of town, and Sedalia is not a high-crime town anyway.

Dirt in hallways. There was a sock that laid in the hallway on day 1 and was still there day 2. Our TV was not working, went to call front desk to find our phone was not working either. Had to call from our own cell, they said they would come up to fix it. Waited 30 minutes and said screw it and went to bed. When speaking to staff, he was pleasant.
