"Property is clean, staff is very friendly. They watch to see who comes and goes so there isn't any sketchy people hanging around. I stayed at a hotel across the street from this one and it was very sketchy! This property is clean. Only glitch was the air conditioner wasn't connected to the wall unit to adjust the temp properly. It appeared to be broken. I called the desk and they sent someone to check it and was told to just unplug it when it got to cold and plug it in again when it warmed up. Hopefully, it gets fixed for the next person. The lobby has a very homey feel to it."

"I found this place last minute as I needed to get my parents out of Ramada National City (that had NO TOWELS or working phone upon a 11:30pm check in, horrible “night auditor”) Needless to say I called and spoke with the wonderful employee to ask if they had towels and working phone. She surprisingly but nicely responded “Yes we do.” I told her my parents situation also requesting a room close to the elevator so they didn’t have to walk far. She told me to call back after I booked on Hotels.com and she would handle it. I called back and she immediately made note. My parents arrived to a STOCKED BATHROOM OF TOWELS, all sizes 😆 Working phone and close to elevator. My mom was so happy with how clean the room is. She was told they had free breakfast too but my mom said they planned on sleeping in, in their cozy CLEAN well stocked room. They had a great 3 night stay, I would definitely have them stay here again! Kudos to the wonderful employee who assisted on Sat Oct 17th day shift! I apologize I didn’t get her name."
