South Bay, California hotel rooms at the Pacifica Hotels

"Fraudulent, predatory acts with Hotel deposits and unclean towels in room. Made fake claims of smoke in the room to keep the full deposit. Other instances on yelp, google and other palces showing similar occurrences ranging from damages to the room to a smoking charges like mine. One of the towels in the bathroom had lipstick stains where no one in our group wore any lipstick at all. A lil before checkout you get a text saying if you're even a minute late after 11am they'll charge you 25 dollars out of your 100 dollar deposit. One of my guests forgot their jacket and we went back up to grab it, thats it. That was all for them to then try to claim my full deposit by saying there was smell of smoke. The whole hotel smells of smoke, people are casually smoking everywhere on the property. Stay clear of this hotel. A cheap price tag is just their con to keep your deposit."

"We were first offered a room and it wasn't even cleaned out it. We were there well passed check in time. The second room they offered wasn't cleaned out either. The room didn't have the remote for the "

"The man that worked at the front desk was incredibly kind. Easy parking. This was just and easy in and out hotel. The rooms could use a good wipe down though "

"Room reeked of smoke to the point where we tried to air it out, no towels at all, the towels we did receive after we walked down to get them were small. One bed didn't have blankets. The phone was non operational. There were homeless looking people all over the property. There were people drinking outside their rooms. Someone there a large drink from the top floor. I don't think the room had been swept in quite a while even less mopped. The toilet seat was broken and loose. The remote control didn't have batteries. It was one of the 2 worst hotels I've stayed in. "
