"A wonderful hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect. I was easily able to do my back exercises and then go to the hot tub which was also great. We will definitely stay there again."

"The breakfast buffet on Sunday was excellent and the cooked to order breakfast on Monday was outstanding! A little slow on food prep but I understand there was an unexpected kitchen staffing issue and that just happens sometimes. I would like to suggest that rooms should be stocked with enough bath towels for the number of guests for two days (2 guests x 2 days = 4 bath sets). It just creates an extra trip for the guest to the desk to request and wait on a towel and then back to the room. With every other day room service it just seems to make sense."

"I didn’t I appreciate love the breakfast. The toaster really didn’t work. It didn’t toast smell like the bagels with that were horrible and the coffee did not taste good. I stayed there a while ago and it was hard boiled eggs, and the toaster worked and there was a blueberry muffins, corn muffins, but this time there was nothing so that’s just my opinion I would they could do when I got better job with that"

"The lobby grounds & room was clean. The front desk staff were very nice. We checked in 2 hours before scheduled check-in & there was a room ready for us. The room was dated, but very clean. The walls were peeling & there was a couch with 2 ottomans but no table which was weird, as there was a big open space on one wall. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. Bed was large (king size) & comfortable, sheets were clean. We would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean, our stay was fine, there was a wedding the first night we stayed and the resort made us aware that there would be extra noise and it would end at 10 and it did. We were not bothered at all. The only complaints we had was the indoor hot tub. There were signs everywhere saying it was for adults over 18 only. There were so many little children and babies with diapers in the hot tub that not only was it unsafe, it was immensely unsanitary and when we made a complaint we were met with rudeness, an eye roll from one young staffer, and nobody really doing anything about it. The last day when we went to get in there was brown scum along the wall and brown stuff floating in the water. If you make a rule you should do more to actually enforce it. At one point a father was trying to get his wife to comply with the rules and get her child out of the hot tub and to mom yelled across the whole room that nobody was watching the area anyway so it didn’t matter. Otherwise a decent stay. We would stay again!!"
