“Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. We asked to have it cleaned and the front desk lady kept saying...

“The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was great, no problem to find a space. Everything was excellent. We are planning on come back.”

“The facility was in the midst of a renovation but the work was going on during the day when I was not present so it did not bother me. The staff was exceptionally helpful.”

“Great size room with a nice shower area and a top quality mattress. The views from hotel are very nice also.”
