“Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. We asked to have it cleaned and the front desk lady kept saying...

“The facility was in the midst of a renovation but the work was going on during the day when I was not present so it did not bother me. The staff was exceptionally helpful.”

“Visiting family. Convenient and tasty Resturant/bar. Enjoyed our stay.”

“We were there for the first time to see a concert. The food options are excellent staff was friendly. Plenty of self parking and valet parking. My only complaint would be if you’re going to see a concert there be prepared not the most comfortable seating.”
