"Clean"

"Was not impressed with DoubleTree. The room was out dated, musty and smelled of mold. We asked to be relocated but the hotel was sold out due to Penn Relay. The staff was pleasant and requested housekeeping to vacuum the carpet. But the smell returned. Buffet breakfast was ok but not much variety if staying multiple days. Next year we will return to Embassy Suites. "

"Clean rooms, good service, easy access to the casino. One thing is that they should have microwave at the rooms and no coffee machine."

"Beautiful place A 9/10 Just wish the beds were not so firm and wish the rooms had a microwave But other than that. Great place "

"Like the fact that I had to use my room key to activate the elevator, very good for security.. The soap had a great mint smell .Override we enjoyed our stay at the Motto hotel . One minor fault, no parking."

"Staff all very nice and helpful through the hotel. Pool was clean and everything working. Arcade was nice and if things were out of order they worked promptly to repair. I didn’t come across anyone not being friendly. One of the best places I have been too."
