“We asked for the handicapped room, because I'm disabled and he was trying to give us one on the second floor. He acted like it was a terrible imposition. I tried to ask a few questions and got curt , short answers. I was told we'd have wifi. If l wanted to lay on the floor outside our room in the hall, I was able to get only one rung up on the icon, for a second. Nothing in our room.
