"On the 3rd floor bit of a climb with the luggage, good view walking distance to the beach no road to cross. Comfortable home unit well furnished and smart wall pictures, nice patio(no braai-ng). We reached at 5pm just to find there is no toilet rolls! We learnt afterwards they don't provide! No blankets, no cover sheets on some of the beds, towels provided but once off only for our 5 day stay! We used our beach towels and the letting agent across the road obliged in between. "It took an Hour and 15mins during which 5 calls were made to the front desk & all the guy at the front desk Zakhele had to say is that his job is to transfer the call to the laundry then they'll deliver the iron. After all that time my partner walked to the front desk on our own accord in order to get an iron. If delivery of the iron was the issue we could have been informed, so that we could go fetch it! Even as the time progressed no possible solutions were given just the same routine of...

"Wonderful B&B! Good breakfast. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The room was spacious and clean. Mini kitchen with fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. Property is secure, safe and quiet. Andre, the host, is very helpful and gracious. Will definitely recommend."
